My experience at Palm over Palm in Miami Springs was terrific. The instructor was super personable, and he covered all of the topics both thoroughly and efficiently. I definitely feel more prepared to act in an emergency situation after having attended the First Aid Certification course, and I would highly recommend Palm Over Palm if you're looking to get a really good in-depth understanding of how to assist in an emergency.
